The Power Plant Investment Center built in the immediate vicinity of the two new units has been completed and received the move-in license of the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority. The office building for about 300 people will be used to accommodate the technical staff of Paks II. Ltd., the company's employees will take over their new offices in the autumn.

The construction of the more than 3500 square meter, two-story container office building started on 16 October 2020, constructed by West Hungária Bau Ltd. As part of the investment, paved roads and paved sidewalks, car parks, an e-charging station and bicycle storage facilities were also built, the surroundings of the office building were landscaped, and trees were planted.
