The IAEA General Assembly has begun in Vienna

Minister János Süli, State Secretary Pál Kovács and CEO István Lenkei represent the Paks II. project in Vienna, at the 63rd General Assembly of the IAEA. The International Atomic Energy Agency holds its General Assembly at the Vienna Center of the United Nations (VIN) between 16-20 September 2019.
Several high-ranking officials of the member states – among them the representatives of Paks II. project – negotiate at the conference about several actual topics. Parallel to the General Assembly, a scientific forum will be held about the decade of action against cancer and future steps.
On the opening day of Monday Assistant Director General Cornel Feruta said the conference offers a great opportunity for the member states to review activities and exchange experiences.
