WANO Communications Workshop in Paks

A WANO communications workshop called „New Challenges in Nuclear Communications” was held in Paks in Erzsébet Grand Hotel between 13-17 November 2018, which was organized jointly by MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant Ltd. and Paks II. The new nuclear power plant units will be ready on time without any technical or safety compromises – said János Süli, the minister responsible for the Paks II. investment at the Parliament’s Economic Committee’s external meeting. Erik Bánki, president of the committee highlighted: the realization of the Paks II. project is a national economic interest, and the guarantee for the long-term, cheap supply of electricity.
